Because it’s powerful—and it’s definitely not for everyone.

Let’s start with some reasons why someone might crave “going out of phase”:

Practice Sheet
The Out of Phase Exercise
Not for public release — restricted for guided work only.
Purpose:
To shift perception out of consensual reality and into the God State by directly encountering the illusion of “outsideness.”
Warning: Do not use without prior grounding work. This practice causes the collapse of perceptual boundaries, and can cause extreme de-realization and upset.
Setup:
Choose a quiet, enclosed room.
It’s best if you are alone in the room, but it’s okay if someone else is there.
Sit comfortably. Eyes open or closed. Nothing in your hands.
Look around, look straight ahead, observe the environment with attention.
Mantra Repetition:
“Insert Secret Mantra Here”
Say it. Pause. Feel it.
Say it again. Get the reality of it.
The world, time, your past, your plans… they all dissolve.
Repeat the mantra slowly, deliberately.
Exit Protocol (important):
When you’re ready to break, say aloud:
“This was a visit. I now return.”
Stand up. Touch something. Say your name.
Drink water. Look out a window.
Re-enter the consensus reality firmly but gently.
Notes for Advanced Practice:
The objects in the room can eventually be used as focal gateways, or as an anchor.
The goal is to gently move yourself out of phase with the universe and back again.
