You can’t scroll to find it. You won’t see it on Etsy, or eBay, or Redbubble, or anywhere else out there. The Dover Prints that we’re trading for Goldbacks simply don’t exist on the open market. There’s only one way to see them, and that’s LIVE, in Gorby’s Zoom Art Tour, in real time, when the screen is shared and the portal opens. You either show up for the drop, or you miss it. Simple as that.
Long ago, beyond the reach of maps and memory, there was a village that appeared only in the mist — a place of ritual, rebellion, love, loss, and laughter. Some say it still dances just beneath the surface of our waking world. This ballet is a reconstruction of the village’s final day, told through movement, light, and the ghost of folk melody. oh, oh, ooh, ooh
tell me tell me where it hurts.
is it the brain,
is it the heart,
is it that you’ve got to fart?
oh, oh, oh, oh,
tell me,
tell me where to kiss it,
tell me in case i might miss it.
if there’s a cloud in the sky tonight,
i hope you will see me in the dim moonlight
if it’s just after midnight and you see the sun,
forget about take cover, it’s too late to run.
run, run, run, run,
too late to run, run run. Continue reading
Own It Now. Trade It Later. Hang It Forever.
“Let me show you something that’s more than just wall candy. This is a signed, original art print by E.J. Gold — a renowned West Coast artist with decades of museum-level history. It’s printed on a nearly extinct handmade stock called Dover Paper, and it’s yours today for just $35.” Continue reading
The Sacred Exchange: Art, Goldbacks, and the Eleven-Dimensional Circuit
When a Goldback is traded for a work of art, it may look to the ordinary eye like a simple transaction.
But what’s really happening is a ritual of resonance — a mutual recognition between two high-frequency objects: one forged in gold, the other in creative fire, in a much higher dimension. Continue reading
Over the years, my work has made its way into private collections, public spaces, and quiet vaults. Some of those sales were substantial — not guesses, not estimates, but bonafide, documented gallery transactions, with real numbers and real buyers. Continue reading
Still more about the artwork. Today at our 6:30 am zoom meeting, we’ll go on a little tour of my art files to see what we want to convert to pencil-signed Dover Paper Prints..
You’ll have an opportunity to acquire pieces never before offered, and all at only one goldback, for a pencil-signed 8 1/2″x11″ full-color Dover Paper print from my personal files.
There are also some unusual photos that may also be considered.
The whole idea is that you won’t be amassing a huge pile of art. You might want to keep some of them for your own collection, but the main thing is to SELL them.
You buy them at one goldback — currently that’d be about $6.50 apiece. There’s no way you could get these at that price if you owned a gallery. Continue reading

Signed Limited Works on Paper by E.J. Gold — Yours for One Goldback
Each piece is:
Hand-picked from the private studio archive.
Pencil-signed, unnumbered Limited Edition.
8½” x 11″ full color print.
Yours for just 1 Goldback.
First claim in the chat gets it. We’ll go piece by piece. Stop me if I hit something you like — you don’t have to actually BID on it to stop me — it’s similar to many card tricks — “stop me whenever you want”. I then open the bidding at one goldback. Continue reading
Trade is older than money, older than banks, even older than the myth that you need permission to live.
Before the dollar, before the stock market, there was you and me, and what we could offer one another in the way of a pig, a basket of corn, or a handful of exotic beads and shells. Continue reading
