THE ACTIVE OVERMIND

Wake Up to a Larger Existence

YOU ARE ASLEEP.

Not asleep in bed. Not in the ordinary sense of horizontal sleep. No. Your eyes are open. You walk, talk, think, feel, make decisions, and go about your daily life and it all seems so real, so solid, so dependable.

But the reality is that you are stone asleep.

99 percent of what you call “your life” happens automatically. Your thoughts come and go, your emotions rise and fall, and your body carries out its familiar routines. You believe you are awake because you are aware of the world around you. But being aware of the world is not the same as being conscious of yourself.

There is much more to you than the ordinary body-mind. According to the Active Overmind teaching, you exist in a twelve-dimensional universe, but your everyday awareness is limited to just four dimensions. But what about the other eight?

They haven’t gone anywhere. Neither have you.

Your Overmind is already present in all twelve dimensions. But its higher functions remain dormant as long as you continue to function only partially, in your ordinary state of consciousness.

Most people are Dormant Overminds.

They are born, live their lives, and die without ever discovering the greater and much higher and more exalted form of existence available to them right now, if only they could unlock their higher powers.

THE HIDDEN POWERS

For thousands of years, spiritual traditions have described extraordinary capacities known as the siddhis — powers said to become available through advanced states of consciousness.

These include unusual forms of perception, knowledge, awareness, and influence that seem impossible within the limitations of ordinary human experience.

Among the powers traditionally associated with the siddhis and awaiting activation are healing, deep meditation, restful and restorative sleep, heightened intuition, expanded awareness, enhanced concentration, emotional balance, astral projection, invisibility, cloud-walking, and conscious control of normally automatic functions.

In the Active Overmind teaching, these are hidden capacities of the higher being, ordinarily inaccessible to the sleeping consciousness. Awakening is the key to discovering and developing these extraordinary potentials. The Active Overmind teaching proposes that these capacities are associated with the eight higher dimensions, ordinarily inaccessible to the sleeping body-mind.

The powers are not necessarily absent. Access to them is locked.

The purpose of awakening is not simply to acquire extraordinary powers. It is to become conscious at a higher level of existence, where possibilities ordinarily beyond our reach may become available. These possibilities remain subjects for exploration rather than scientifically established abilities.

THE POSSIBILITY OF AWAKENING

The Dormant Overmind has no power in this world. The Active Overmind practice offers a simple beginning to deep spiritual harmony.

We start with something simple: Objective Music, music that has a definite effect in the Einsteinian-Newtonian-quantum multiverse.

A specially constructed “Unlocking Song” serves as an invitation to awaken. You listen, participate, and observe what happens.

You should immediately begin to notice unusual sensations, changes in perception, unfamiliar sounds, visual effects, or other experiences that seem to arise outside your ordinary awareness.

These experiences may provide material for further investigation, although they do not by themselves establish access to higher dimensions or siddhis. The purpose is not entertainment, relaxation, or the pursuit of strange sensations.

The purpose is to achieve transformation, to become an operating conscious being.

And awakening is only the beginning of the journey into the Overmind. The next step is to become an ACTIVE OVERMIND — no longer merely existing unconsciously, but participating deliberately in your own greater existence. You don’t have to go anywhere. You don’t have to become somebody else. You are already here.

The only question is: where is “here”?

WHAT’S MY SECRET?

Wake up and activate your higher dimension Overmind! YOU’VE BEEN LISTENING TO THE MUSIC. NOW LEARN WHAT IT’S FOR.

Wake up. Stay awake. Become an Active Overmind.

THE FORK IN THE ROAD

Sooner or later, everyone comes to a fork in the road.

One path leads to continued sleep — the familiar world of automatic thoughts, habitual reactions, and unconscious existence.

The other leads toward awakening, the activation of the Overmind, and the possibility of conscious participation in a twelve-dimensional universe.

STAY ASLEEP OR WAKE UP.

It’s your choice.

If you choose awakening, the journey begins with a special kind of music. And if the initial experience produces no noticeable results, no problem! We have a solution!

Use the Crystal Quantum Amulet, the SuperBeacon, and the practice of the Movements to awaken yourself among the higher dimensions. We have a path, a program that can support your progress toward a fully functioning Active Overmind.

The goal is not merely to have an unusual experience, but to become an active participant in your own higher existence, literally to take control of your life.

And remember famous baseball player Yogi Berra’s immortal advice:

WHEN YOU COME TO A FORK IN THE ROAD, TAKE IT.

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE

How many times have you said something you immediately regretted? Lost your temper over nothing? Made the same stupid mistake for the hundredth time? Worried yourself sick over something that never happened?

WHAT IF YOU COULD PUT A STOP TO ALL THAT?

The Active Overmind practice is designed to help you develop conscious control over your everyday life.

Imagine being able to:

  • Stop anger before it takes over. Recognize an emotional reaction as it begins, and choose how to respond.
  • Stop making the same stupid mistakes. Catch yourself before repeating an old habit or making a bad decision.
  • End unnecessary arguments. Remain calm and clearheaded even when someone deliberately provokes you.
  • Overcome fear and anxiety. Learn to direct your attention instead of being carried away by worry.
  • Sleep peacefully. Leave the day’s troubles behind and enter sleep with a quiet mind.
  • Make better decisions. Recognize what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what the consequences are likely to be.
  • Stay awake in the middle of ordinary life. Remain consciously present while working, talking, walking, eating, and dealing with other people.

These are the practical abilities the Active Overmind training can give you the inner power to develop. They do take practice.

LESS ANGER. FEWER MISTAKES. BETTER DECISIONS. MORE CONSCIOUS CONTROL.

You don’t have to spend the rest of your life being pushed around by your own automatic reactions.

USE THE ACTIVE OVERMIND TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE.

Stop living on automatic.

WAKE UP. TAKE CHARGE. BECOME AN ACTIVE OVERMIND.

THE ACTIVE OVERMIND TEST

Want to know whether your Overmind is active? Here’s a simple test you can take right now.

WAKE UP.

That’s it. Not tomorrow. Not someday. Right now. Can you awaken consciously, at will, and remain awake?

YES? Congratulations! Keep practicing.

NO? You are definitely operating in the ordinary vertical sleep-state and need some training.

CAN’T JUST PLAIN WAKE UP?

THEN YOU NEED THE ACTIVE OVERMIND TRAINING COURSE!

Don’t spend another lifetime asleep. Again.

ACTIVATE YOUR OVERMIND

There are a total of 12 dimensions, and you ordinarily operate in just the lower four: height, width, depth, and persistence in time. You normally don’t access the eight higher dimensions that are occupied by higher spiritual beings.

The Active Overmind Training Course uses music, movement, attention, and direct experience to encourage conscious awakening in the eight higher dimensions.

Listen to the music. Perform the Movements. Take a Sound Trip. Explore Norton Street.

Each activity offers another opportunity to awaken, strengthen your attention, and develop the ability to remain consciously present in the Higher Dimensions. The objective is simple: to move beyond automatic living and develop an Active Overmind.

There is no secret — this is not a money-trick. It’s simple, easy and it works!

DON’T JUST LISTEN TO THE MUSIC. USE IT TO WAKE UP!

The more often you practice conscious attention during ordinary activities, the more opportunities you have to recognize and interrupt habitual reactions.

YOUR LIFE IS YOUR TRAINING GROUND. Use it that way.

Wake up. Stay awake. Become an Active Overmind. Take back your power! You can fly!

ACTIVE OVERMIND

First Encounters — Personal Experiences

1. The Argument That Never Happened

“I was about to lose my temper with someone, as usual. Then something strange happened. I saw the anger coming before it took over. I could actually choose whether to get angry. I didn’t. The whole argument simply evaporated. I can’t remember ever having that choice before.”

2. The Music Opened Something

“I was listening to one of the songs when I suddenly became aware of myself listening. Not just hearing the music, but being present in a way I can’t quite describe. The experience lasted only a few seconds, but I knew something had changed.”

3. The Movements

“I’ve done the Movements many times, but this time was different. My body was moving, my attention was divided among several things, and suddenly I was aware of the whole operation at once. It was as though I had stepped outside my ordinary mechanical self.”

4. The End of Worry

“I had been worrying about something for days. During an Active Overmind exercise, I noticed that the worry was something my mind was doing, not something I had to participate in. I could let it continue without getting involved. The relief was enormous.”

5. The Strange Light

“During a music session, I experienced a brilliant blue light with my eyes closed. It seemed to fill the entire space around me. I don’t know what caused it, but the experience was vivid, and afterward I felt unusually alert and peaceful.”

6. The Ordinary Miracle

“I was washing dishes when I remembered to wake up. Suddenly I was there — feeling the warm water, hearing the dishes, watching my hands move. Nothing supernatural happened. But for a few moments I wasn’t lost in thought. I was actually present in my own life.”

WHAT WILL YOUR EXPERIENCE BE?

Not every awakening experience is dramatic. Some are quiet, almost ordinary. Others may be surprising or difficult to describe.

The important thing is to begin observing your own experience.

LISTEN. PRACTICE. WAKE UP.

Discover what Active Overmind means in your own life.

THE MUSICAL KEY TO AWAKENING

The Hidden Mantra

Not all mantras are made of words.

Some are made of sound itself — combinations of tones, harmonies, rhythms, and vibrations that speak directly to something deeper than the ordinary thinking mind.

Within certain Active Overmind musical compositions are carefully concealed arrangements of sounds, designed to function together as an unlocking mantra.

No single note contains the key. It is the combination that matters, the relationship between sounds, their timing, their resonance, and the subtle qualities that emerge when they are heard together.

Just as a key must have exactly the right pattern to open a lock, the musical mantra is intended to awaken a response that ordinary listening cannot produce.

You may hear nothing unusual. The music may seem perfectly ordinary.

Yet beneath the familiar melody, another pattern is waiting to be recognized.

The Active Overmind teaching proposes that these hidden musical keys can help awaken the sleeping Overmind, opening the possibility of conscious contact with the larger, twelve-dimensional self.

The listener need not understand the arrangement or identify the individual sounds. The practice is simply to listen, remain receptive, and remember oneself.

Sometimes the experience may be subtle. Sometimes it may be startling. The effects, if any, will vary from listener to listener.

The music carries the key. Awakening opens the door.

And beyond that door lies the possibility of a much larger existence.

LISTEN. REMEMBER YOURSELF. WAKE UP.

THE TWELVE-DIMENSIONAL SELF

CHAPTER ONE: THE MAN WHO WOKE UP

Case History No. 001 — Initial Overmind Activation

Subject: Robert M., male, age 52, business owner.

Initial condition: Inactive Overmind, chronic irritability, compulsive thinking, recurring errors in judgment.

Training: Musical activation and conscious self-observation.

The Overmind Principle

The Active Overmind teaching describes the human being as possessing a larger intelligence extending throughout twelve dimensions. Ordinary body-mind awareness is limited to four dimensions, while the remaining eight are ordinarily inaccessible to conscious operation.

Most human beings exist in a condition of psychological sleep, functioning through automatic thoughts, emotions, habits, and reactions. The purpose of Active Overmind training is to awaken the larger intelligence and establish conscious participation in everyday life.

Initial Examination

Robert entered training because of his inability to control anger and habitual worry. During his first interview, the instructor asked him to wake up and remain consciously aware of himself.

Robert insisted that he was already awake. However, repeated attempts revealed that he could not maintain continuous self-awareness for more than a few seconds without becoming distracted.

Training Procedure

Robert was assigned daily listening sessions using specially selected activation music. His task was to remain consciously present while listening, observing the activity of his body-mind without becoming absorbed in it.

Initial sessions produced repeated failures of sustained attention. Robert discovered that much of his mental activity consisted of imaginary arguments, memories, worries, and automatic associations.

First Manifestation: Emotional Control

On the ninth day, another driver cut in front of Robert’s automobile. Instead of reacting with his customary anger, Robert noticed the emotional reaction beginning and observed it without acting upon it.

The anger subsided.

For the first time, Robert recognized that an emotional reaction could occur without requiring his direct conscious participation.

Second Manifestation: Expanded Awareness

During a subsequent musical activation session, Robert experienced simultaneous awareness of his body, surroundings, thoughts, and personal existence. The experience lasted only briefly and ended when he became excited. Repeated attempts to reproduce the state were initially unsuccessful.

Third Manifestation: Behavioral Change

After five weeks of training, Robert’s wife reported a substantial reduction in arguments, irritability, and compulsive interruptions. Robert had begun recognizing automatic reactions before acting upon them.

Case Evaluation

The subject demonstrated improved self-observation, emotional regulation, and recognition of habitual behavior. Within the Active Overmind model, these changes represent the early development of conscious participation. The case illustrates a central principle:

Awakening begins when the individual becomes conscious of being asleep.

At his final interview, Robert was asked whether he considered himself an Active Overmind. “Not yet,” he replied.

“Why not?”

“Because I still fall asleep.”

“What’s changed?”

“Now I notice.”

Instructor’s conclusion: Initial activation reported. Continued training recommended.

CHAPTER TWO: THE PIANO THAT WOULDN’T COME DOWN

Case History No. 002 — Spontaneous Psychokinetic Manifestation

Subject: Harold B., male, age 61, retired music teacher.

Initial condition: Partially Active Overmind.

Training: Musical activation, the Movements, and directed attention.

Reported manifestation: Levitation of a seven-foot grand piano.

Initial Observations

Harold began Active Overmind training with considerable skepticism. During early musical activation sessions, he reported unexplained interruptions in the operation of two mechanical metronomes.

On the twelfth day, while practicing Beethoven, Harold experienced the apparent levitation of his piano bench approximately three inches above the floor.

The experience ended abruptly when he became frightened.

His instructor identified the central difficulty as a failure to maintain conscious attention during the manifestation.

The Piano Incident

During a later session involving activation music and the Movements, Harold experienced an unusual expansion of awareness.

He reported that the boundaries of his body seemed to disappear and that his attention encompassed the entire room.

A seven-foot Steinway grand piano subsequently rose from the floor, reaching approximately nine feet before striking the ceiling.

Harold became alarmed and lost the state of consciousness associated with the initial manifestation.

The piano remained suspended.

Repeated attempts to lower it through ordinary concentration proved unsuccessful.

Harold telephoned his instructor.

“The piano is on the ceiling.”

“Did you remain awake?”

“No.”

“Then wake up.”

Harold considered this advice inadequate.

Domestic Complications

Harold’s wife, Margaret, returned home to discover the piano suspended against the ceiling.

Her principal concerns involved structural damage and the cost of repairing the ceiling.

When Harold explained that the incident had occurred during Overmind training, Margaret expressed little enthusiasm for further experimentation.

“Well,” she remarked, “I hope your Overmind has a job.”

Recovery of Control

Harold resumed the activation music and attempted to restore conscious self-awareness.

The piano began descending.

When Harold became excited, it dropped several feet before stopping again.

He subsequently regained composure and completed the descent without further damage.

Margaret tested the instrument and determined that it remained in tune.

She recommended that future experiments be conducted on smaller household appliances.

Instructor’s Evaluation

At the follow-up interview, Harold expressed considerable pride in having levitated a grand piano.

The instructor remained unimpressed.

“The important thing isn’t that you moved the piano. It’s that you eventually regained control.”

Harold asked whether this meant he had become an Active Overmind.

“Partially.”

“Why only partially?”

“Because you lost control.”

“But I got it back.”

“Eventually.”

Subsequent Development

Six weeks later, Harold reported that he had accidentally suspended a cup of coffee in midair.

Unlike the piano incident, he remained consciously present throughout the experience and returned the cup to his hand without spilling its contents.

The instructor considered this an improvement.

“Now that’s progress.”

Case Evaluation

This illustrative case distinguishes spontaneous manifestations from deliberate conscious control.

Within the Active Overmind model, unusual effects are interpreted as possible signs of partial activation, while sustained awareness and voluntary regulation represent more advanced development.

The essential principle is:

The manifestation of an extraordinary power is less important than the ability to remain awake while exercising it.

Harold continued his training, although Margaret required all subsequent exercises to be conducted outdoors.

At his final interview, Harold expressed interest in developing bilocation so that he could perform piano duets with himself.

Instructor’s recommendation: Continue training. Investigate possible bilocation.

Additional recommendation: Notify Margaret before proceeding.

These are fictional teaching cases illustrating the Active Overmind framework. Their extraordinary phenomena are narrative elements, not verified clinical observations.

THE ACTIVE OVERMIND PRINCIPLE

The purpose of Active Overmind training is not simply to produce unusual experiences or extraordinary manifestations.

Its central objective is the development of sustained conscious awareness, freedom from automatic reactions, and deliberate participation in one’s own existence.

WAKE UP. STAY AWAKE. BECOME AN ACTIVE OVERMIND.

There is no single road to the Active Overmind. A variety of established trainings are available, each approaching awakening from a different direction. Music, movement, direct observation, and practical exercises provide opportunities to interrupt mechanical sleep and develop conscious participation. The objective is always the same: wake up, remain awake, and learn to operate consciously with all parts alive and well.
