Learn to “Park the Body” for Astral Projection & Remote Viewing

Here’s a breakdown of the exact induction I would use to train someone to Park the Body. It is a professional technique and should not be applied outside the realm of meditation science. It is NOT hypnotism, and should not be used as such.

This is a training induction that teaches how to Park a Body.

We are going to learn to transform this long induction into a simple suggestion, “Park the Body”, after which we merely park the body in a single moment, rather than go through the whole induction process, which means that it has become “instinctive” and no longer requires a step-by-step repetition.

It may take only once to master, or several times, but this induction is intended only as a guide for the meditation, “Park the Body” — the end result is that you will be able to park the body without the detailed induction.

The induction given verbatim below works best when it is part of a personally coached “Guided Meditation”.

Other than general relaxation, this induction has no known medical uses — it is strictly a meditation device which can be used with a beginner to indicate an easy way to relax the body while remaining fully awake and in control.

LEARNING TO PARK THE BODY.

We’ll be voyaging very safely and without fear or worry out from the body and then returning. In order to journey outward we’ll want to park the body.

I’m going to count – one, two, three – and as I do this I want you to take a deep breath
with each count, so that even though the body goes into a deep, deep reverie in the delta sleep state, you – the essential self – will remain completely aware and conscious of everything that is happening, and in control of your own voyage and your own state.

When I say “one”, take one deep breath and say “sleep, deep sleep”.  One. (breathe once and repeat “sleep, deep sleep”)

When I say “two”, take two deep breaths and say “sleep, sleep, deep sleep, deep sleep”. Two. (breathe twice and repeat “sleep, sleep, deep sleep, deep sleep”)

When I say “three”, take three deep breaths and say “sleep, sleep, sleep, deep sleep, deep sleep, deep sleep”. Three. (Breathe three times and repeat “sleep, sleep, sleep, deep sleep, deep sleep, deep sleep”)

I want you to let all of that go now, let the whole thing just go away, and drop
all the effort to keep your body awake. Let the body go to sleep, but you, the being,  will stay completely perfectly awake, while the body sleeps in deep, deep sleep.

Allow yourself to fall deeper and deeper into a state of deep reverie, deeper and deeper.

Remember that you entered into this reverie with a specific purpose in mind,
to voyage in the astral world and to remain conscious and awake during the experience, which you are going to be able to do very easily while the body enjoys deep sleep in a deep state of relaxation and self-healing and energy restoration.

That is quite a good objective. If you have other objectives as an Eternal
Being that are also important to you, let those also become realized as we
voyage outward.

Let your body and mind drift down further and further away.

You will feel a comfortable lack of sensation spreading slowly throughout the entire body, and you’re going to feel so glad to feel your body slipping
further and further away, allowing you to drift freely in space and time.

We’re going to soften and melt down the membrane that keeps us in our body, and we’ll allow ourselves to drift out into the astral plane for a while.

We’ll look around for a moment or two, then we’ll slowly and easily turn homeward and head back to our home world through the softened membranes of each of the parallel worlds through which we passed and land back in our home world in just a few moments.

We’re safely back in our home world now, and as we land in our home world,
you’re going to allow your body to slowly and gently wake up feeling just fine,
fully revitalized and energized.

More and more awake now, the body is now fully awake and your body is
feeling just wonderful and invigorated from the deep sleep and you, the
essential self, are feeling wonderful from the the dimensional voyage, which
from now on will always energize you and leave you feeling refreshed and
fulfilled and satisfied and it’s going to give you more confidence, it’s going to
make you feel more sure of yourself and your decisions, actions and
intuition, it’s going to make you more satisfied with your work life and your
spiritual path into the higher dimensions.
With this affirmation, you’ll automatically return fully to the here and now of your Homeworld, with a great feeling of freedom of your inner self, of inner peace and harmony. Take a moment to feel the difference inside yourself now that you have taken this little journey beyond the veil. You can be very glad of your achievement.

That’s the end of this voyage. Breathe normally and naturally, and when you
rise to your feet, be sure to do so very slowly, as your Earth balance returns
to you a little at a time.

A BIT OF FURTHER EXPLANATION:

I want to thank the many folks who helped formulate that induction over the years. It works wonders. The biggest contribution was made by Orm McGill, a good friend and a fine spiritual warrior.

So, do you get the idea, now? When first learning to relax the body and park the thing, you’ll go through a bunch of stuff to get it to happen. After a few times, the body will just obediently go to sleep and let you do your Astral Projection or Remote Viewing work.

Do keep in mind that almost everything you do that is of an introspective nature is some form of Remote Viewing.

LRS Readers should be aware that they are Remote Viewing when delivering the readings for the ABD.

When you’re looking at Past Lives, you’re Remote Viewing.

If you can SEE a strong visual memory, even a flash of one, it comes from the actual event, not a stored memory of the event.

Some folks have asked the difference between Remote Viewing and Astral Projection. With Remote Viewing, you generally have a single visual image from one angle, while with Projection, you can move around and do things, even appear to others.

Astral Projection isn’t actually any harder than Remote Viewing, but it does take some getting used to, and that’s a fact, which is why I heartily recommend the Remote Viewing first, just to get a taste and get your big toe into the water, maybe go in up to your ankles.

Bit by bit, step by step, just like the metal embossing, the movements, the guitar practice, your daily home practices as outlined in Barbara’s fabulous book, “Every Day a Holy Day”, which is available but already in its sixth printing, and it hasn’t even been officially published yet!!!

Astral Projection is so much fun, I can easily see why someone would put that at the top of the list, but it has so many important contributions to make for your inner life and inner world, about which I spoke rather revealingly in “Avatar’s Handbook”, now a part of that incredible paperback version of “Lost Works”.

I want to take a moment to thank Rudy for having kept those little early publications and pamphlets which went into the production of this important release, containing very early — and not at all dumbed-down for public consumption — written material.

See You At The Top!!!
