Robert Farren’s Birds of Aristophanes

http://www.sandersofoxford.com/images/stock/20849.jpg

This is just one of the very large etching plates in this exquisitely rare book. The artist drew from life, a presentation of the play from November 27 through December 1, 1883. Farren lived at Cambridge but moved to Scarborough for his health, in 1889. The costumed players were all members of Cambridge University Classic Arts Department. There is no other intact copy known. Most were plundered for these incredible etchings. The price is very reasonable — $1850 cash, no credit. This came originally from Hacker Books in NYC and is among the rarest 19th century books known. Not an easy book to sell, this is very, very esoteric — but someone at Cambridge might be interested in acquiring it, eh?

The God Frequency & the Quantum Antenna

Yes, Virginia, there really is a God Frequency. It’s a cycle of energetics existing upward of space-time constituents, exclusive of matter and raw energies. All frequencies refer to the number of times something happens per cycle of timeline. What that means is that vibration causes sound and sound causes vibration. Cause & Effect Are One & The Same.

How does that affect you? Continue reading

Back in the Lava Again with American McGee of Id Software

I’m about to tell you how to learn not to fear death. Back in the 20th century, actually early in 1994, Claude Needham, Ph.D. and I were under contract to Id Software to produce music for Quake and to help with certain gaming issues that we’d already worked out on the GODD Engine, and my friend John Carmack, who is a proponent of Open Source and has released all his games as Open Source. John had sent his lead programmer, American McGee to my home for ten days. McGee brought the Secret Software for Quake on his own desktop gaming computer, which we kept in a locked area on a “safe” desk, used only for game development computers. Remember, this was Back in The Day, so we didn’t have more than a few megs of memory and slowwwww chips, and internet gameplay was just brand-new and slow at that time, with an average “ping” of well over 10,000, no kidding.

Ready-For-Framing Fine Art Gift Notecards Embossed Signature Series

reddawnwoodstock2

Ready-For-Framing Fine Art Gift Notecards Embossed Signature Series — quite a mouthful, eh? But that’s exactly what they are, what I’m producing tonight. This is my “Signature Series” Gift Art Prints. They’re ready to frame; just pop one into a 5″x7″ frame and hang it on the wall or place it on a desk or dresser or shelf, and you’ve got instant art! I make an RSVP version as well. The embossing stamp cost me $350 and is good for 10,000 impressions, but I’m not. It’s hard to press that thing through the thick stationery paper, and there’s no motor behind it, just my bicep and carpal stuff putting on the pressure, so there’s a built-in limitation to the number I’ll be releasing.

Technically, the art prints are: READY FOR FRAMING FINE ART PRINT GIFT NOTECARD with embossed signature, on cream textwove stock with choice of matching or kraft paper envelope. This is an “open edition” but is signed with the signature blindstamp embossing to ensure that it comes directly from the artist’s own hand at the artist’s atelier (studio). These prints are also available as full-sized wall art, through Heidelberg Editions International. The ready-to-frame notecards retail for $19.95 — more about this at the ICW this morning, 6:30 on the dot, be prompt — I will be there on the open, so be ready to see and hear!

Great Response!!!

skullstem5333l

In town yesterday for the art class — we talked about the cards, how an artist can bring his or her art to the public quite easily and accessibly with fine-art greeting cards that are produced and marketed by the artist himself or herself. There are a variety of ways to sell greeting cards, but the very best is on a table on the street or in a mall. Be ready for a rush! My vintage cards went out the door, and I never intended to sell them. Here’s what happened: Continue reading

Invisible Helpers in Orbs

mustang1

Hey, quit tryin’ ta break into the separated domains of Orbs, willya??? Those separated domains are the ones with the familiars, elementals, angels and other shamanic helpers. I’ve gone to all the trouble to put them away in spots you can’t get to, and don’t need to, so quit rummaging around where you’re not intended to go. Those guys do their job from where they are, and they neither need nor appreciate your totally unfeline interference. Continue reading

Oh, NOes, More About Greeting Cards!!!???

New-Pet-Tarot-Deck-created-by-E-J-Gold-completely-handmade-in-studio

Yes, more about greeting cards. Why all of a sudden, greeting cards?

1.   First of all, it’s not “all of a sudden”. I’ve been creating and selling greeting cards, artist trading cards, color wall prints and calendars for decades, starting back in 1954 when I made potato-stamp and linoleum-cut cards for my school projects and Christmas Fairs.

2.   Secondly, whaddaya mean by “more”??? I haven’t even hardly begun on the subject. Continue reading

Fundraising Secrets

When you’re standing out in front of the supermarket or strolling down the busy street trying to sell greeting cards, the people you encounter don’t have time to know what you want, don’t have the inclination to help you unless they can instantly understand what you want and how you’re going to use their hard-earned money, and most of all, the people you meet are BUSY, far too busy to listen to your sales pitch. The point is, on the street, there is no time for a sales pitch, none whatever. You have at best 1/30th of a second to make your sale. That’s why, in spite of the fact that we have tens of thousands of fine art graphics available to us, we settle on the kid’s art for first conact, period.

That’s also why we make our cards at, by and for, the Children’s Craft Village. Continue reading

Where is the Secret Message Hidden???

http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjAwWDQ2NA==/z/A1gAAMXQqC9SM3fS/$T2eC16N,!zMFIcPSeGTMBSM3fSEV-!~~60_12.JPG

My tarot greeting cards all contain secret messages as well as vibes and blessings, and as yet, nobody has come forward to say that they noticed this. How come? It’s so bloody obvious, I can’t figure out why it’s gotten past the eyesight of everyone who has seen the tarot greeting cards, which is in the hundreds at the moment, and steadily growing as we speak.

Even without a handwritten message scrawled inside the flap, there’s a message to be read, if one has the code book to decode it, and that’s the point. There is a code book — my book on the Tarot, Tarot Decoded, written more than 40 years ago, perfected over the decades, and available now in paperback by clicking HERE.

The way it works is that when you receive the card, you place it where it belongs in the book, and read the secret message below the card — simple as that!!!

Children’s Craft Village Greeting Cards — Important Update

http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NDUwWDYwMA==/z/8swAAOxyoA1RKmf7/$(KGrHqJ,!hoFETEUPmQsBRKmf5rgjg~~60_12.JPG

Here is the definitive DEAL PACKAGE for all Children’s Craft Village Greeting Cards:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I incorrectly posted that I would pay postage on card orders. Oops. My error; I didn’t mention it there in that blog, but this is only true of retail orders. All wholesale prices are “to the bone”, so you must calculate in that you will be paying the shipping & insurance charges. We will not pay for any wholesale shipment of anything to anyone at any time. Only in this way can we maintain fair wholesale prices.

Please do not forget that this is a nonprofit charity fundraising campaign, and that in some states and counties you need an ID from us to conduct charitable activities. Under some muni laws (municipal, or city laws) you can set up a small stand, or walk around with cards on a chest-mounted neck-strap selling box filled with card choices.

You do not need to fabricate a “story” or create a “beg rap”. You are selling greeting cards, and part of the resultant exchange — at least 50% —  comes to IDHHB, Inc., a duly registered 501(c)3 charitable California nonprofit organization.

You can earn enough from this project to help the Institute and at the same time make some side dough so you can afford to hop on a plane and book a room at a local bed & breakfast, rent a car, pay for food, give tips where needed and in general spend a thousand dollars or more to come to a $375 “long-weekend-workshop”. You have to have a plan, or you won’t be able to afford it, unless you’re a Dream-Team defense lawyer or a high-priced Beverly Hills doctor specializing in Diseases of the Very Rich — and then you won’t have either the time or the inclination to come to some dumb spiritual retreat.

You’ll be too busy making money, so you can buy your way out of death, right? Continue reading
