Welcome to the world of Frank & Wilbur Covid. It’s the new normal, and the new reality is that you’ll wear a face masks for the rest of your life, and if you’ve just come into the world, you’ll never know what it was like to not wear a mask.
At the moment, without a safety net of any kind, with a government under the control of a three year old crybaby rightly named “Mashed Potato-Head Donnie”, your future is very uncertain.
Anyone with an ounce of sense and a moderate amount of calmness can stay home more or less permanently for the next few months or so, and working from home is the way to make that a workable solution.
“Stay at Home” is the operant phrase here, and that means finding some way to make a living while never leaving the house.
You’re permanently house-bound. If you suffer from agoraphobia, you’re in luck, my friend. If you don’t have a natural tendency to stay in the cave, you’ll have to train yourself to calm down enough to PARK YOUR BODY WITH FULL ATTENTION.
That little idea is something I invented some time back. It’s the deepest secret to relaxation, meditation and deep sleep that there is.
You simply park your body, get it settled, which might take a few minutes, get the breathing regular and calm, and all the while, keep your fullest attention on everything going on within you and around you, including any passing thoughts, emotions, sensations — all should be noted and acknowledged without doing anything about them.
Don’t move a muscle while your body is parked. If you do, you’ll stop the parked effect.
It’s all passive. Don’t take any action. Just sit there or lie there or stand there with your body parked in place, frozen like a marble statue.
Now the main problem for you is REMAINING AWAKE AND ALERT.
Do NOT allow yourself to drift into sleep. Period. No excuses, no feeble “sorry”, no interruption in the silence with your restless writhings, twistings and turnings.
Stay put.
You’ll need patience — with yourself. You’ll also need a hefty dose of willpower, which comes only with time and repeated attempts, which means repeated failures until you succeed.
When you can do it, you win the Game of Life. You’re here to learn this exercise. There is no other.
Okay, so while you’re sitting around the house waiting for them to come and take you away, you need to make a living, and you need to do this from home.

- SELL AMMIES — You can sell our amulets and other sacred gear. Sell it and order what you’ve sold. We’ll ship it for you to your clients.
- GIVE GUITAR CLASSES — It could be Zen Flute, Blues Harmonica or percussion, or you might have a skill already in this area. I can help you figure out how to set up your classes, both individual classes and groups.
