It isn’t enough to just sell the virtual NFT on opensea.io — listen, by itself an NFT is nothing but an address — a pack of cards, a whiff of vaporware, a neatly-wrapped nothing.

Up to now, Blockchain has been the major issue, but since I’m assured that Ethereum is handling it, I’ll put it aside for the moment, willing to take it on trust for the moment, watching and waiting, listening for the latest news about Shard Technology replacing blockchain. I’m tickled pink — or is it picked tink? — with my hardware NFT Wallet Card solution, and I’m going full-steam ahead producing several varieties off with which to start, but we should ALSO be looking at the changes at Ethereum, notably their switchover from blockchain to shard technology, which began in 2020 and will be fully operational by 2022, and which will save millions of acres of forest and wild lands.
I can sell millions of dollars of art if I put it out there, because I’m already a Listed American Artist, which means that I’ve been in the business for years and years.

Ethereum states that it has set the goal of 99% reduction of environmental impact with its revolutionary fragmentation “shard” system, so I’m now looking at preparing a few NFTs of the ordinary kind — I was wrong, and I take it back. They’re making a powerful effort over the next two years to reduce the impact of NFTs, although bitcoins will still be using the older technology.
